that 15% dmg bonus is will make this worth a hell of a lot more than it would...then again it's 14-27.

the -10 armor will overall turn most players off, along with the 9% sundering. the imperfect fortitude will also turn more off.

i'd say 10-15k, more or less.

then again, i'd take it for 5k, haha.

EDIT:
i just realized how ridiculously low the value of gold is, and how much people are charging for non-perfect items, even. this'll be worth about 2x-3x my appraisal.

What are you talking about -10 armor is the most sought after constant % drawback.
